Every two years, the Women’s Club of Madison selects a project designed to have a positive impact on the lives of the Madison community.  The Club raises money through fundraisers to support that project. To view past CIP projects, click here.

The project chosen for 2025 is to refurbish the Downtown Madison Kiosk. The Kiosk, right in the center of our town, serves important purposes:

• Informs residents and visitors of events happening in our area
• Supports local businesses
• Helps community organizations promote member and fundraising projects
• Connects the shoreline community

Currently, the Kiosk is in a state of disrepair: peeling paint, broken lights, shattered glass, etc. Gulick & Company Renovation Contractors is partnering with the Women’s Club of Madison to complete the following updates to the Kiosk:

• Painting
• Repairing and installing lighting
• Replacing Plexiglass doors
• Updating literature bins
• Adding new corkboard panels
